Just a few questions/observations I have

Hi. I stumbled upon this game from an old reddit thread, and it's pretty much exactly what I've been looking for! So good job to you, admin. 
I just have a few questions, so if more experienced players would like to respond that'd be great.    

1. What does director vision do? When should I look for a director with high vision? 

2. Same question but for actors and depth. 

3. The first few years of a playthrough are really engaging and fun, but the experience does get a bit dulled because of a few things" 
    a. Super expensive actors. Maybe this is anecdotal but I can hardly find any cheaper actors for my projects; everybody has super high fame and salary! So I feel like I'm limited to just making blockbusters when I get deeper into a playthrough. 
    b. Lack of new actors. I noticed as I played through longer, the selection is lesser and lesser for who I can hire(especially for roles with teens/young adults). So by 2030, there are only so many younger actors left that actually fit with the project I'm trying to execute. If that makes sense. I honestly don't know how this would be rectified, but it's just an observation. 


Lastly I'd like to say this is a fantastic game! For free, it has given me plenty of hours of enjoyment already, so salute to you Mr/Ms. Admin.

This is one of the factors that decided how "artsy" a movie is, so if you want a movie with high critics reviews and good award chances, keep that in mind.

Thanks for the valuable feedback. Balancing these things is an on-going journey. In the meantime: Try the open audition option to fill these roles. Bonus: once you have cast them in one of your movies they will join the database permanently and are available for other projects.

I'm not sure how it would work, but Movie Business 2 now has pictures for their fake actors, using something like thispersondoesnotxist.com. It would be cool if people found in open auditions had pictures like this, I think it would improve the late game a lot more, not sure if there's something like this for younger people though.

This is actually a feature on my to-to-list. I already collected a bunch of pictures, but preparing and adding them to the game is very time intensive, so I decided to put this at the end of the to do list. Gameplay first, right?

Nice, yeah gameplay first for sure! Love the game btw, can't wait for more updates, especially TV shows!
