So... an idea that has been going through my mind for a while now. I would like to add achievements to the game. Things like "Release a movie with a critics Score of 99" or "Have one of your movies earn more than 1 Billion Dollars"... you get the gist. But achievements just for the sake of achievements are boring, right? So what could be a reward for reaching these milestones? I think a really cool reward would be adding past movie stars to the game. People like James Dean, Marlon Brando or Audrey Hepburn. Is that something you would like?
I realize this might be immersion breaking so these achievements and unlocks would be optional.

I wouldn't like to have old Stars(Marlon Brando,Audrey Hepburn ....... ) in the game.Or it may be an optional feature only. Add achievements to the game it is a good idea:)

I personally would not use Legendary stars, If you wanted to play them, you could just create a database for that time. Optional would be the ideal here. Maybe you can get some buffs as rewards?
This could be a way of kind of incorporating other jobs besides Actor, Director or Screenwriter without having to add them to the database. Example for a Buff could be: You hired a exceptionally talented Costume-Designer, Editor, Cinematographer, FX-Designer, Stunt Coordinator, Fight Choreographer or such. This could give some buffs (less money, more quality or stuff like that).
Just to be clear, I don't mean to create those jobs. But when you get the reward for the achievement a Text or Badge can pop-up stating something in that regard. If you make an action-movie that meets the requirements for a achievement, you could get a pop-up saying, that the Stunt-Coordinator you hired did a very good Job, and you can now use him (i.e. the Buff) whenever you feel like. Maybe you can only use the badge/buff on 1 project at a time, as to evade the chance of people just buffing up every movie.

Only other thing I can think of is maybe making things like cheats unlockable cheats (kind of like how some old games would do it.) e.g. make a movie that makes say, 50 million dollars and you could get an unlimited/extra money cheat.

I'm personally not interested in the legendary actors as it breaks immersion. But love achievements.
